Palmer Holidays Ltd may contact you via email to invite you to review any services and/or products you received from us in order to collect your feedback and improve our services and holidays (the “Purpose”). We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address and reference number with Trustpilot for the Purpose. Data Retention & Protection
We will keep your data only for as long as we need it. This will vary depending on what we are using it for, whether that’s providing a service for you, for our own legitimate reasons or to comply with the law.

COMPETITION TERMS and CONDITIONS

- Employees of Palmer Holidays or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
- All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- Closing date for entry will be as stated on the Facebook post. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- Customers will be entered into prize draw after they have liked, followed & tagged a friend on the original competition post,
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice under exceptional circumstances.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The winner will be notified via a Facebook post on the Palmer Holidays page as detailed on the Facebook post.
- The winner must then contact the page directly to advise of contact details.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter may use your name and photograph, where appropriate, for promotional purposes.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and entry is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
UK Travel Club Booking Terms and Conditions
Travel Club Discounts - Each Travel Club discount is only available to Travel Club members and on new bookings only. Each Travel Club newsletter has a discount end date.
All offers and discounts on the UK Travel Club have a valid from and to date, which will be clearly labelled on the newsletter that is sent out.
The offers and discounts are only available on new bookings for UK Travel Club members.
Website Errors and Omissions
Please note that we try our very hardest to make sure that the information on our website is correct. All hotel details and sightseeing excursions are correct at the time of being published, however we may have to change specific tour details under extreme circumstances. If you are booked on this holiday and any changes are made, we will endeavour to let you know before you departure date. Details on your ticketing information will be correct if you are in any doubt.Images are for illustration purposes only and we cannot guarantee that any interior hotel pictures will reflect the type of room/chalet you have booked. If in any doubt, please ask your Holiday Advisor at the time of booking. Should you spot a mistake on our website, we do appreciate being told so that we have the opportunity to rectify any errors.

Occasionally we will advertise discount codes and special offers via our social media channels and email marketing.
