Four of the remaining copies of the 1215 Magna Carta are kept in the magnificent Lincoln Castle. It would be impossible to visit Lincoln and not take in the breathtaking beauty of the cathedral. Before its spire collapsed, this magnificent specimen of Gothic design stood as the tallest structure on Earth.
